Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds might be available if:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • The client is dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and requests a cancellation.

  • The project was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe due to our fault.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued:

  • If the client decides to change the project scope significantly after work has begun.

  • If the client provides incomplete or inaccurate information that affects project progress.

  • If the client violates the terms of the agreement or engages in abusive behaviour.

3. Refund Process:

Detail the steps the client needs to follow to request a refund:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to e-mail (admin@smardein.com).

  • Refund should be requested within 7 days of project initiation).

4. Refund Amounts:

How refund amounts will be determined:

  • If the project hasn't started, a full refund may be issued (Paid within a week).

  • If work has commenced but the client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any non-recoverable expenses (Paid within a month).

5. Modifications to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify the refund policy at any time and provide information on how clients will be informed about such changes.
