Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds might be available if:
The project has not yet started.
The client is dissatisfied with the initial design concepts and requests a cancellation.
The project was not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe due to our fault.
2. Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued:
If the client decides to change the project scope significantly after work has begun.
If the client provides incomplete or inaccurate information that affects project progress.
If the client violates the terms of the agreement or engages in abusive behaviour.
3. Refund Process:
Detail the steps the client needs to follow to request a refund:
Refund requests must be made in writing to e-mail (admin@smardein.com).
Refund should be requested within 7 days of project initiation).
4. Refund Amounts:
How refund amounts will be determined:
If the project hasn't started, a full refund may be issued (Paid within a week).
If work has commenced but the client is dissatisfied with the initial concepts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any non-recoverable expenses (Paid within a month).
5. Modifications to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify the refund policy at any time and provide information on how clients will be informed about such changes.
