Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want every project to feel fair.
For you and for us.
Before work begins
Full refund
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and before any work has started. Your
deposit is returned in full, no questions asked.
Mid-project
Partial refund
If you cancel after work has begun, you'll be invoiced for completed work
only. Any remaining deposit balance is refunded.
After delivery
No refund
Once final files have been delivered and approved, we are unable to issue
refunds. We do not charge for revisions — your satisfaction is part of the process.
Scope changes requested after project kick-off may affect the timeline and pricing, and
will be agreed upon in writing before we proceed. If you are unsatisfied with the direction of a project,
please raise concerns early — we would always rather course-correct than part ways. Our goal is work you
are proud to launch.
